Fees:

Individual Session..........$135.00

Couples Session 60 minutes.......... ..$150.00(1 1/2hr............$200.00)

Cash and checks will be accepted for payment.  Please view my Financial Agreement on the Helpful Forms page for further information regarding fees and payments.

Insurance:

Clients are responsible for billing  their insurance carrier for out-of-network coverage.  I will provide a superbill.

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

•    Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?
•    What is my deductible and has it been met?   
•    How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
•    What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
•    Is approval required from my primary care physician?
